OfficeSpaceFinders to Rival Gumtree?
A growing number of serviced office operators and online office brokers have been making use of free listings websites such as Gumtree and Vivastreet, but a new specialist site – OfficeSpaceFinders.com – has appeared for office space only.
For those of you who have never visited these sites before, Gumtree / VivaStreet are the 21st century equivalents of a pinboard in the local shop or the classifieds section of the local newspaper. They are free to use and provide users with the opportunity to post items for sale or property to rent.
However, Gumtree is used for all sorts of items from jobs to judo equipment and is targeted at the home market as opposed to decision makers in business so is of limited use to most serviced offices.
That’s where OfficeSpaceFinders.com comes in, as the name suggests it is solely for use by office space providers so there is no distraction to try and find a second hand lawnmower at the same time! Best of all, it is free and potential clients have the opportunity to come direct with no commission payable to the site or office broker.
The design is simple, but perhaps some work still needed to improve the aesthetics. We’ll keep an eye on progress on this site and will be interested to hear of any success you may have had either finding an office or advertising office space on OfficeSpaceFinders.
Whether it can rival Gumtree in the rankings or number of listings is yet to be seen, but Offices North West do see it as a great opportunity for free advertising for office space providers and it is sure to be well ranked on Google.
