Microgeneration Choose Eco-Friendly UBC
Microgeneration Ltd, a renewable energy company, have taken office space with United Business Centres (UBC) plc at their recently opened site at Howarth Court in Oldham’s Broadway Business Park.
Commending UBC for their eco credentials, Sara Ghosley of Microgeneration commented “We decided on UBC for a number of reasons: their professional attitude; competitive price; quality of facility; and superb location. The key requirements were met by UBC, which included car parking and internet and telecoms facilities. UBC’s eco credentials were also an added plus point for us; as a renewable energy company, the fact that the building itself has renewable energy installed in the form of solar panels on the roof supports our aim of championing alternatives to fossil-fuelled systems.”
The environmental credentials of offices will no doubt come under closer scrutiny over the next few years, so Offices North West is really pleased to see a leading serviced office provider making improvements already.
It’s a good start for recently appointed UBC North West Area Manager, Jane Erasmus, who added: “We are delighted that Microgeneration Ltd have chosen the new UBC Oldham Business centre as their office. I know that they have found us to be very competitive on price and that they are benefiting hugely from access to our premier facilities.”
