The Works to Announce 3,000 sq ft New Signing

In what looks fantastic news for the serviced office sector in Manchester, The Works Business Centre look set to announce a new 3,000 sq ft let at their offices in Ardwick.

A press release is with full confirmation is expected on Monday, but it looks like being one of, if not the largest lettings of the year so far.

It goes along with what we’ve been reading and reporting in recent months with more companies looking at serviced offices for their office requirements to give that added flexibility over traditional leased space.

We’ll bring you the full story as and when we receive the details as and when we receive them.

I have heard that The Works might go bust! Many of their stores have closed down!

‘Serviced Offices’,

You have two different ‘The Works’ confused there. One is a discount book store, the other is this business centre in Manchester.
