About Offices North West

Why have you set up this site?

The Offices North West team has worked in the serviced office sector in various positions over the last four years and it has become quite clear that there is a void between the serviced office operators and those looking to rent offices.

A huge amount of time has been spent on phone calls trying to explain exactly what serviced offices are, why we charged per workstation, what exactly the office brokers got for doing what they do, and countless other topics that really aren’t complicated but seem to be hidden from the public domain.

We don’t see any reason why the industry needs to keep all this information secret, so we’re setting out to address it with Offices North West.

Why only the North West?

The North West is where we are, where we’ve worked and what we know.  Too many of the key players in the serviced office sector, including the vast majority of office brokers, are based in the South East with limited or (dare we say it) no knowledge of the North West.  We believe it’s a completely different market that justifies its own site.

By focusing on one region, it also means we can visit each and every one of the centres as we build our directory.  We will be able to offer you relevant advice if you are looking for offices and propose a short-list tailored to your requirements.

2010 Update

At the start of 2010, Offices North West was merged in to Offices Up North Ltd, a serviced office broker in Manchester dedicated to finding businesses serviced office space in the North.

The merger will enable Offices North West to bring even more news to you from the front line of serviced offices and will be less reactionary to news.
